Mr. Darren Louie

Mr. Darren Louie is currently a Senior Manager at SAP where he leads Learning and Development for their Business Analytics Consulting Unit.  He has over 15 years of experience in IT, Business, Education and Consulting.  In 2012, Darren was named by Training Magazine as one of their “Top 40 Trainers under 40” in recognition for his innovative work in field of Learning and Development.  Prior to joining SAP, Darren was a lecturer at the University of Sydney in the School of Information Technologies, and a former winner of the Faculty of Science Teaching Excellence Award.

Dr Christina Kirsch, BPsych(Hons); DPhil(Org Psych); MAPS Potsdam

Christina is a registered organisational psychologist and an academic researcher, lecturer and consultant in the field of Organisational Change and Organisational Sustainability. Christina holds a PhD in organisational and cross-cultural psychology from the University of Potsdam. Christina has worked as an academic at the ETH Zurich in Switzerland, Hiroshima University, University of Wollongong and UTS, and is currently involved in a major research project on Quality of Work Life at Curtin University’s Business School. Christina has worked on the human aspects of user-oriented interface design, man-machine task allocation, computer integrated manufacturing and large-scale IT implementations.

Dr Steven Sommer has held a number of senior management roles within the leading global technology organisations. He has worked at both Australian and multinational companies including Cisco, Microsoft, Oracle, and IBM. In 2007, Dr Sommer left his role as Vice President of Research and Development at Clarity International to take up a series of corporate and academic contract engagements. These have included lecturing Masters and Undergraduate courses at the University of Sydney and Macquarie University within both their Business and Economics faculties and their Information Technology schools.

Dr Raymond Young

Dr Raymond Young is an Assistant Professor at the University of Canberra, an adjunct at the University of Sydney and a Fellow of Chartered Secretaries Australia. Prior to academia he had a career in management consulting culminating in a CIO role with Fujitsu Australia. Dr Young’s research has informed the development of Australian and International Standards and was published by Standards Australia as a handbook on how boards and top managers influenced projects to succeed (or fail).
