  Sanjay will introduce a new information system specifically designed to
  analyze\, manage and leverage client data. The system\, called an
  Information Surveillance Management System (ISMS) has three key
  components:\n1.	an entity-matching or record linkage component to
  synthesize information from diverse sources in the face of uncertainty\;
  \n2.	a machine learning component to learn client behaviour over time and
  \n3.	a privacy component to manage access to client data. \nResearch
  issues and open problems related to each of these components will be
  highlighted and discussed.\nSpeakers' biography\nSanjay Chawla is an
  Associate Professor in the School of Information Technologies (SIT).
  Currently he is also serving as the Head of School. Sanjay’s research
  is primarily in the area of data mining with a specific focus on outlier
  detection techniques and mining of spatial data. Sanjay’s research work
