submission instructions is now available! Introduction Following the traditions of previous successful ISPA
conferences, ISPA03 (held in Aizu-Wakamatsu City,
Japan), ISPA04 (Hong Kong), ISPA05
(Nanjing, China), ISPA06 (Sorrento, Italy), and ISPA07 (Niagara Falls,
Canada), the objective of
ISPA08 is to provide a forum for scientists and engineers in academia and
industry to exchange and discuss their experiences, new ideas, research
results, and applications about all aspects of parallel and distributed
computing and networking. ISPA08 will feature session presentations,
workshops, tutorials and keynote speeches. ISPA-08 is sponsored by IEEE Technical Committee on
Scalable Computing (TCSC) and IEEE Computer Society. The Conference invites papers on all aspects of Parallel/Distributed Computing and Networking, and their applications. Topics of interest include, but are not limited
to:
Submission
Information The conference and workshop proceedings will be published
by IEEE CS Press to be indexed by EI. Papers not exceed 15 pages with free
layout style should be submitted through: http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=ispa08 Submission of a paper should be regarded as a
commitment that, if the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors will
register and attend the conference. Otherwise papers will be removed from the
IEEE CS digital library. Workshop
Proposals We encourage researches to submit their workshop
proposals (according to the guidelines available at ISPA-08 web site to Dr Hai Jiang (hjiang@cs.astate.edu),

Proceedings and Special Issue The proceedings of the symposium with its workshops
will be published by IEEE CS press. A selection of the best papers will be
published in a special issue of International
Journal of Supercomputing and International
Journal of High Performance Computing and Networking (IJHPCN),
